
Students in Mrs. Himsel’s AP Composition class complete Dual Credit forms today. This particular course is connected with St. Louis University and allows students to potentially earn college credit while in high school.




Students in Mrs. Miller’s Honors English I class review parts of speech and highlight how prepositions are used when writing. They watch a quick video and practice identifying prepositional phrases in various text pieces.





Varsity goes 2-1 today at the Carbondale tournament losing a heartbreaker to a solid Marion team in the third 14-16.

Bulldog Soccer ⚽️ battled Father McGivney this morning winning 7-1. They continue to improve each game and head into next week with a 4-1 record on the season. Keep it up!

Students in Mr. Bradley’s Civics class do a quick review and take an assessment on various government terms and ideas. The quick assessment helps to identify misconceptions and offer feedback to guide learning.

Girls Tennis defeated Hillsboro 8-1. The Bulldogs won all six singles matches and 2nd and 3rd doubles. Well done ladies! ❤️🎾🖤

Boys golf results from The Legacy. Highland 155, Triad 174, Granite City 177. Dominick Emig and Bryce Knackstedt tied for medalist honors with scores of 38. Also scorong for Highland were Easton Belford 39, and Braden Schrof 40. 🖤⛳️❤️

The freshmen football game scheduled for Thursday, September 2 and the JV football game scheduled for Monday, September 6 against Edwardsville have been cancelled.
