Students in Mrs. Geiger’s BSAA course (Biological Science Applications in Agriculture) participate in a dissection lab with corn and soybeans determining parts of a seed.




Our Strengthening Agriculture Committee teamed up with Madison County Farm Bureau Young Leaders this morning to present Drivers Ed Classes. As spring field work and planting starts, it's a good reminder to practice safe driving around large equipment. Slow down & share the road.




HHS juniors met in two groups today for short meetings to learn more about the SAT on April 13 and the Illinois Science Assessment on April 29. Thanks to our presenters Mr. James, Mrs. Himsel, and Mrs. Ramsey for sharing tips on how to be successful on these assessments.

HHS Counselors Amber Spaeth and Mary Jackson recently attended a CCRI conference with Dr Becker. College and Career Readiness Indicators are required by ISBE and help identify student preparedness levels beyond high school. Multiple Madison County school districts attended.
