Make a difference

Get out and enjoy the weather this weekend as you support the HHS Band Program!

Congratulations to HHS counselors Mrs. Amber Spaeth and Mrs. Mary Jackson who were elected into officer positions for the Southwestern Illinois School Counselors Association. Spaeth will serve as Treasurer and Jackson will serve as Secretary.
SWISCA is a branch of the Illinois School Counselors Association and the American School Counselors Association. Their mission is to "Enhance human development throughout the lifespan and to promote the counseling profession.”

The time has come to welcome back our athletic programs! Please see the attached document for more details. If you have further questions, please contact the head coach of the sport in question or Ms. Boscolo, AD.

Let us all do our part to make the world a better place.

ISBE and the State of Illinois have allowed Behind the Wheel instruction to resume with certain safety protocols in place. School officials will be working to reschedule drivers as quickly as possible and teachers will be contacting students based on birthdate. We appreciate your patience during this time period as we work to catch up our drivers the next few months.

Phase 1 Return to Play Guidelines can be found on the IHSA website.

The IHSA has released their Phase 1 Return to Play Guidelines, which only allow for strength and conditioning at this time. Ms. Boscolo will meet with AD's and with all head coaches early next week to plan. Coaches will be sharing plans for individual sports within the week.
Everyday the gym takes another step forward! From the paint, to the locker room floors, and the new lights!
