Congratulations to our Fresh/Soph boys basketball team for defeating Jersey 51-37 tonight to win the Jersey Tourney!


Congrats to the Highland Varsity Basketball team for defeating Gibault HS tonight 62-36. They will be back in action Thursday night vs Waterloo for senior night. Congrats to the JV team as well for defeating Gibault.

Congratulations to Larissa Taylor who scored her 1000th point tonight in a win over Charleston! Now, it's on to the Regional Championship game on Friday Night.

Congrats to the HHS Dance Team who competed at IDTA State on Saturday. The team earned 1st in jazz, 3rd place in lyrical and Bayla Fitterer earned 3rd in her dance solo. Excellent work this weekend!



Members of the Highland High School Band performed to the delight of the crowd on Friday night. Thanks for the fantastic music, national anthem, and school song throughout the evening.

Varsity Boys Basketball picked up another MVC win last night defeating CM 65-42 with the Bulldogs controlling the tempo the entire night. Leading scorers were Ottensmeier- 16, Stone- 14, and Fleming 8. They are 7-2 in conference play and finish with home games Tues and Thursday.

The Highland Girls Bowling team has gotten started at the IHSA Sectional in Carterville.


The Highland Lady Bulldogs beat CM 35-33 on Senior Night. Congrats to seniors Lauren Maas, Larissa Taylor, Abby Schultz on their accomplishments. The Lady Bulldogs finished 10-0 in MVC conference play and enter regionals vs. Charleston on Tuesday at 6:00pm in Charleston.






Congrats to our HHS art students who participated in the SIUE Select Show this week. Students Eva Pugh, Mackenzie Marshall, Ava Allan, Amara Vrell, and Audrey Loyet all showcased their work with Loyet placing 3rd at the show.
