Highland with a very good win 64-50 over a very athletic Litchfield team. They will be back in action Friday night vs Triad at home. Girls varsity at 6, boys varsity to follow. JV also with a good win tonight


Highland has a strong 3rd quarter and extend their lead to eight, 49-41 headed to the 4th quarter at Litchfield.


Litchfield with a strong 2nd quarter, but Highland still leads 32-29 at the halftime break.


At the end of the first quarter, Highland leads Litchfield 21-10, in a very entertaining 8:00 minutes of basketball.

Earlier this week, seniors participated in Senator Jason Plummer’s Youth Advisory Council with students from area schools at Kaskaskia College. They learned about leadership, heard from guest speakers, and created mock policies to present. The group will travel to Springfield next semester. Members of the Highland High School LEO club shopped Saturday morning for the family they adopted through the HACSM food pantry. LEO stands for Leadership, Experience, and Opportunity. This is just one more way HHS students support their community!
