The Lady Bulldogs put up one heck of an effort tonight against O'Fallon Carriel and fell short in the Regional Championship. Carriel wins it late 33-27 and moves on to the Sectional with a 23-2 record. Great season by the Lady Bulldogs who end the season with a 20-5 record. Rilyn Rinderer recieved the IESA Sportsmanship Award for the Regional. Way to go Rilyn and congratulations ladies on a fantastic season! Go Dawgs!
At the end of the 1st quarter Highland is up 10-9.
Reminder: HMS Volleyball tryouts begin right after Thanksgiving.

IESA Girls Basketball Class 4A Admission Prices
Good luck to the Lady Bulldogs as they host the Class 4A Regional Championship game at HMS against O'Fallon Carriel at 6pm. Come out and support the ladies! Show them the Highland spirit. Go Dawgs!
Congratulations to the Bulldog boys basketball teams as they both won at Wesclin tonight. The 7th grade won 45-19 while the 8th grade won 58-27 in a blowout. Go Dawgs!
The Lady Bulldogs 8th grade team played Triad in the semi-final in front a nice crowd. The ladies jumped out to a 10-2 lead after one quarter and held steady with a 15-6 lead at the half. The Lady Bulldogs stretched the lead after three quarters to 26-8 behind some solid play. In the 4th quarter Triad tried to keep it close but Highland closed out the game and won 43-25 behind 11 points a piece from Arianna Nanney and Kendyll Decker. The Lady Bulldogs will play O'Fallon Carriel at 6pm at HMS in the Regional Championship. Go Dawgs!
