Tonight was 8th grade recognition night but it was also the last home game for the long time basketball coach in the district Coach Matt Elledge! At tonight's game were several former players and coaches who had either played for Coach Elledge or coached with him. Coach Elledge has made a lasting impact far beyond wins and losses. Through his dedication, discipline and genuine care for every athlete in the Highland School District, he's helped shape not only better players but better people. Your leadership, patience and belief in your team's has inspired confidence, resilience and teamwork in all of his players. Thank you for your countless hours, the lessons extended beyond the game and the example you set every day. Thank you Coach Elledge a TRUE BULLDOG LEGEND!
