Mr. Jones's vocational classes are busy transplanting their plants and finishing up their bird houses. All of our 7th and 8th graders have enjoyed this new addition to our middle school curriculum. Keep up the great work!
Bella Zappia and Ellie Cates competed in the SIJHSAA State Championships yesterday in Marion. Bella shot a 100 to finish 36th while Ellie shot a 121 to finish in 73rd place.

The tryouts are for current 5th, 6th and 7th graders going into 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Each athlete must be registered and have a current physical on file in order to participate in tryouts.

The HMS soccer team ends their season with a non-conference win over Lebanon at home today 5-1. Leading the way was Beckett Spalding with two goals, Andrew Canterberry and Lillyan Schaefer each with a goal and assist and Kendyl Potthast with a goal. Braxton Box and Easton Robertson each had an assist. Matthew Hoepfner gets the win goal. The Bulldogs end their season with a 2-4-3 record. A big thank you to the high school girls soccer team who came over and cheered on the players for a bit.
