Mrs. Maria Knedel, 8th Grade Tech Integration, has been in education for 9 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading and her favorite food is Italian. One thing you may not know about Mrs. Knedel is that she speaks two languages. Her favorite thing about teaching HMS students is getting to see the amazing things that the kids create! Thank you for all that you do to help our kids understand technology and apply it in their classes.
Mrs. Katelyn Hagarty, PE and Health, has been working in education now for 12 years. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and her 3 kids Parker (6), Easton (4) and Hudson (1). She also enjoys being outside, shopping, playing/watching sports, coaching volleyball, and hanging out with her family and friends. Some of her favorite treats are pizza, ice cream, and Peanut Butter M&Ms. She enjoys working at HMS, because she can make a difference each day and teach students about the importance of being active and healthy. She also enjoys helping her students learn new games, succeed, and grow from year to year. HMS students really are the best! :) Thanks Mrs Hagarty for helping our kids grow!
Mrs. Jill Reaka, Administrative Assistant, has been with us at HMS supporting everyone since December! In her spare time she enjoys walking, bike riding, decorating and spending time with her husband and dog. She loves all Italian food, chocolate, and coffee and her favorite candy is Reese's peanut butter cups and Frito's. One thing you may not know about Mrs. Reaka, is that she owns The Dandy Dog Daycamp and Grooming business with her husband. What she loves most about working in education is that Middle School students are full of energy and enjoy helping out. Thanks for all that you do to support us at HMS, Mrs. Reaka.
