Miss Kristen Espique has been supporting our students at HMS for 2 years now. In her spare time she loves to read. Her go to candy are Sour Patch Kids. One thing you may not know about Miss Espique is that she modeled for a magazine once. One of the best things about working with our students according to Miss Espique, is getting to see the creativity that students show in their work. Thanks Miss Espique for all that you do to help your students in so many ways.

Mr. Jay Roberson one of our PE/ Health teachers has been in education now for 12 years. When he is not at school or coaching, he enjoys spending time with his family. Some of his favorite things are pizza, cheeseburgers, and anything chocolate. One thing you may not know about Mr. Robertson is that he really enjoys listening to music. His favorite thing about working with our HMS kids is that they are so eager to learn. Thanks for working to keep our kids healthy.

Mrs. Stephanie Pfeffer, our Speech Pathologist, has worked in education for 9-10 years. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her children and husband, being outdoors (gardening, hiking, bike riding), and watching Marvel movies. Some of her favorite foods include: popcorn, pretzels, peanut butter sandwiches with raisins, fruit, and cherry pie. One thing you may not know about Mrs. Pfeffer is that she lived on the island of Guam in the North Pacific Ocean. When asked why she loves working at HMS, Mrs Pfeffer replied, “I like teaching and working with HMS students because they are a special group of people to be around. They are helpful, respectful, and kind. I enjoy being their teacher to support their needs, achieve their educational goals, and build self-confidence.” Thanks for all that you do to help our kids grow.
