In the JV/Open cross country race at the MEAC conference championships today Melia Bowman ran a 15:02.94 to finish 13th while Hattie King ran a 15:05.19 to finish in 14th place. The girls finished in 5th place in the division. On the boys side Max Busacher ran a 12:54.79 to place 8th, Easton Eberwein ran a 13:11.23 to place 15th, Mason Goesterkors ran a 13:21.51 to place 16th and Emmitt Brill ran a 13:23.13 to place 17th for the Bulldogs. The boys finished in 5th place in the division. Way to go!

The HMS cross country teams had a solid day at the MEAC conference championships in Bethalto. Retta Frey ran a 12:59.39 to place 5th while Paige Korte ran a 13:46.97 to place 14th overall. For the boys Easton Koeneman ran a 11:58.43 to place 13th and Alex Reckmann ran a 12:00.77 to place 14th overall. Both the HMS teams finished in 6th place in the conference for the day.
