We are holding our Veterans Day assembly at the end of the day today. It begins at 1:15 pm and runs through the end of the day. We would love to have you join us. In order to be respectful to our Veterans and guests, please refrain from picking up your child during this time, unless it is a true emergency. Thank you!

Badminton Champions
This morning, the Highland Police Department, along with officers from neighboring communities, brought several K-9 dogs to HMS for a drug search that included classrooms, hallways, and lockers as part of our regular safety plan. Students are in class continuing their work and there is no safety concern at this time.

We just got confirmation that our cookie dough boxes are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. We will have pick up from 2:35-5:00 pm tomorrow. If the order is manageable, we will send it home with your student during the last hour of the day. If it is too much to take on the bus, we will need a parent to come to the HMS plaza and pick up the order no later than 5:00 pm tomorrow, 11/7. All orders MUST go home tomorrow. We do not have refrigerated storage space to hold the orders.
