Please wish the 7th grade Jr. Bulldogs Football Club Good Luck as they play Collinsville this Sunday in the Super Bowl! If you would like to watch and support them, the game will be played at Troy Park, 410 Wickliffe St., in Troy, IL.

In the 8th grade boys basketball contest the Bulldogs held a slim lead of 8-7 after a quarter and a three pointer by Vance Webber gave the Bulldogs a 24-22 lead at half. The Bulldogs had a solid third quarter and held a 40-33 lead with a big three by Webber to end the third quarter. The Bulldogs pull it out late and secure a 53-43 win despite 36 points from the Braves guard #23. The Bulldogs were led by Brayden Baer with 17 points and Webber with 14 points and Trent Kronk with 13. The Bulldogs raise their record to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in conference play.

The Bulldogs boys basketball team hosted Mascoutah in a big conference contest. In the 7th grade game the Braves jumped out to a 9-3 lead after a quarter and led 15-11 at the half. In the third quarter the Bulldogs made a run and tied it up at 21 to end the quarter. In the fourth quarter the teams traded leads and the Braves came away with a 30-28 win after the Bulldogs shot to tie it up fell off the rim. Leading the way for the Bulldogs was Vance Webber with 12, Grayson Stone with 8, Boston Gelly with 6 and Trevor Warnecke with 2 points. The 7th grade Bulldogs record stands at 2-1 and 1-1 in the conference.

Good luck to the basketball teams as they play Mascoutah today. The Lady Bulldogs travel to Mascoutah for a 4pm game while the boys host at 4pm. Go Dawgs!

The Bulldog boys basketball teams traveled to Waterloo tonight and came away with two big wins. The 7th grade came away with a 42-27 win while the 8th grade won 52-29. Go Dawgs!

The ladies hosted Edwardsville Lincoln tonight. In the 7th grade matchup the Wildcats jumped out quick on the Lady Bulldogs and held a 17-5 lead at halftime behind some good shooting. In the second half it was more of the same as the ladies fought hard but fell to the Wildcats 35-11. In the 8th grade contest the Lady Bulldogs led 7-5 after a hard fought first quarter with the Lady Wildcats. Turnovers kept the game close in the second quarter and the Lady Bulldogs held a 12-7 halftime lead. The ladies came out fast in the third quarter and opened up a 27-7 lead. The ladies would cruise to a 34-14 victory. Leading the way for the ladies was Kendyll Decker and Linden Klucker with 9 points a piece and Ari Nanney with 8 points to help the cause.

REMINDER: If your student participated in our cookie dough fundraiser, we have a delivery date! The orders will be coming home on this Wednesday, November 1. If we determine that the order is manageable for your student to take home, we will send it with them. If the order is too large, we will need a parent to come pick it up after school that day. It MUST be picked up by 4:00 pm that day. We do not have freezer space to store items left behind. Thank you all for your support during this fundraiser!
