Our freshman and sophomore tennis players both won their brackets today. Will Lindsco and Thomas Mitchell both won their 8 player brackets going 3-0, and Breckin Box went 2-1. Jack Meyer and Finn Stever won the sophomore doubles bracket winning all four of their doubles matches.

Varsity softball beat Freeburg 3-2 in 8 innings. Gracie Levin hit a 2 Run HR. Sophia Donoho pitched 8 innings picking up the victory! Congratulations! JV was also victorious winning 11-0! ❤️🥎🖤

Great job by the FFA and Seeing Green students at the recycling drive today. They collected a truckload of electronics that will be recycled by CJD E- Cycling and 520 gallons of oil that will be recycled by Green For Life.

March is National Athletic Training month. We are blessed to have Adam Beck as our athletic trainer at HHS. Adam joined our team this fall and he works countless hours to keep our athletes on the field, floor, and court. Thank you for all you do! 🖤🐾❤️

Students in Mr. Makarewicz’s English II course read excerpts from the text Goodbye Days by Jeff Zentner. They write a paper sharing who they would spend their last day on earth with and why.
Many wrote about spending quality time visiting grandparents doing activities such as fishing, making crafts, talking, and eating at a favorite restaurant. Sometimes, it’s the simple things that matter most.





Mrs. Mantz’s students read an article on St. Patrick and Irish History in class today. They break down text and conduct a writing assignment to follow.
