Good Afternoon, Highland CUSD #5 Students and Families,
We are excited to welcome back students and staff on Wednesday, January 8, for the start of semester II. Highland teachers and staff participated in a Teacher Institute on Tuesday, and we fully expect to be in session on Wednesday morning. Currently, school parking lots and walkways are primarily clear across the district thanks to the efforts of our facilities team. Colder temperatures are expected tonight, and refreezing may present some slick areas tomorrow morning. Please use caution when walking, driving to school, and navigating our parking lots. Finally, the updated Highland CUSD #5 School Schedule begins tomorrow, so please plan accordingly regarding these changes.
