Lady Bulldog Sofball was defeated by Calhoun 8-2 in a rain shortened affair after 5 completed innings. With Highland up 2-1 on an RBI single from Abby Shultz and a solo HR from Lucy Becker, Calhoun scored six runs in the fourth to take the lead. Anna Fey, Becker, and Jordan Bircher each collected two hits on the day. Highland is now 10-11 on the year and takes on Jerseyville on Monday at 4:30 PM for Alumni Night and the Honoring of Coach Glenn Nicholls.
Lady Bulldog Sofball lost to Belleville West 9-2. Abby Shultz and Lucy Becker had 3 hits and Anna Fey had 2 hits. Jordan Bircher had a SAC fly RBI and Abby Shultz with an RBI. Alex Shultz walked and singled and Bailey Mettler doubled. The team is 10-10 and plays Calhoun at 2:30.

Waterloo defeated Lady Bulldog Sofball 8-0 on Thursday. Alex Schultz, Lucy Becker and Kaitlyn Wilson all singled. The Bulldogs look to get back on track at the Triad Tournament this weekend as they play Columbia Friday night at 5:00 pm. The team is now 10-9 on the season.
