HMS Parents of current 7th graders:
There will be an informational parent meeting for those wishing to learn more about the 2023 Washington DC trip on Wednesday, November 30th at 6:00pm in the HMS Plaza. The trip is scheduled for October 20-23, 2022. Students will already have heard about the trip earlier in the week, and thus do not need to attend. This meeting is not mandatory, and you do not need to attend to sign up your child. Those in attendance will hear about the trip itinerary and details regarding travel. In addition you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the trip. Again, this meeting is informational only; if you've already decided to send your child or have already sent older children it is not necessary to attend, and the information provided will be the same information you've heard in the past. You can sign up at Worldstrides.com without attending the meeting as of Monday, November 28th. Your child should bring home a sign-up tips sheet to guide you. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Hartlieb, 8th grade American history teacher at chartlie@highlandcusd5.org. Thank you!
