REMINDER - There will be an informational parent meeting for those wishing to learn more about the 2022 Washington DC trip on Thursday, November 18th at 6:00pm in the HMS Plaza. The trip is scheduled for October 21-24, 2022. Students will already have heard about the trip earlier in the day, and thus do not need to attend. This meeting is not mandatory, and you do not need to attend to sign up your child. Those in attendance will hear about the trip itinerary and details regarding travel. In addition you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the trip. Again, this meeting is informational only; if you've already decided to send your child or have already sent older children it is not necessary to attend, and the information provided will be the same information you've heard in the past. You can sign up at Worldstrides.com without attending the meeting as of Thursday the 18th. Your child should bring home a sign-up tips sheet to guide you. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Hartlieb, 8th grade American history teacher at chartlie@highlandcusd5.org. Thank you!

Parents: If your student participated in our cookie dough fundraiser, we finally have a delivery date! The orders will be coming home on this Thursday, November 18. If we determine that the order is manageable for your student to take home, we will send it with them. If the order is too large, we will need a parent to come pick it up after school that day. It MUST be picked up by 4:30 pm that day. We do not have freezer space to store items left behind. Thank you all for your full support and patience during this fundraiser!

The girls basketball game for Thursday, November 18 has been cancelled and we are looking to reschedule for a later date. Coaches will be in contact with players for practice times this week. As of now the ladies will still play on Friday at Maryville Christian.
