Third grade students used engineering skills to build strong bridges using only 2 pieces of paper! They learned about pillars, arches, trusses, and suspension bridges. The strongest bridge held over 90 unifix cubes!

On February 7th, Kindergarten through 3rd grade students will be discussing kindness and acceptance during an assembly. Purple permission slips will be coming home today to allow your child to view the movie Wonder! These permission slips need to be returned by February 5th. Thank you!

Today we are sending home permission notes for students to be allowed to skate during PE. Please sign and return it by next Friday, January 31st, and remember to send in the $10.00 fee as well. If you send a check, make it payable to “Alhambra Primary.” Thanks!

If your child has grown out of their pants, consider donating them to school. Almost daily, we have a student in need of a change of clothes and the pants don’t always get returned to school after they have been washed. We will take anything, but stretchy pants are preferred!
