It is an honor to announce that Highland High School Choir Teacher, Mr. Andrew Gibb-Clark, has been recognized as part of the Yamaha 40 Under 40 in music education list for 2021. Andy was selected from more than 450 educators nominated from across the country.

Students in Mrs. Sylvies’ World History class are studying Ancient Greece. Today, they watch Clash of the Titans as they learn more about mythology and Greek gods and goddesses as part of the the culture.


Students in Mrs. Cope’s Spanish I class do some research and create questions on favorite activities. Many selected sports, music, and video games, all written in Spanish. Remote Learners participated from home as well.

HHS Math teachers Mrs. Kimmle, Mrs. Schwarz, and Mr. Uhls collaborate on Algebra curriculum during PLC time this afternoon while social distancing. Our staff continues to focus on teaching and learning to support students in multiple ways.
