Our next retiree is Mr. Joel Hawkins. He has been teaching in the math department at HHS since 1986 and, of course, he is the longtime head coach of the varsity baseball team. Thank you for your years of dedication to HCUSD#5!

HHS conducted a Code Red drill this morning at 10:30 AM with assistance from our local law enforcement. This was only a drill, and it went off without a hitch. Thank you to SROs Biggs and Clewis, as well as the rest of the law enforcement team for your presence and assistance,, and well done students and staff!

Seniors in Mrs. Wrobbel's English IV use sticky notes for a collaborative brainstorm of their favorite things about high school. They will practice formal letter writing by composing an open letter of advice to the freshmen class 🐾
