Highland CUSD No. 5 Parents and Staff, Highland CUSD No. 5 will not be in session tomorrow, Thursday, February 24 due to potential sleet and freezing rain tomorrow morning. The timing of this precipitation requires a decision to be made on the forecast either tonight or early morning. Either way, a decision has to be made on the forecast. To give families and staff the maximum time to plan, I always prefer to make decisions the night before. I fully expect to be back in session on Friday. Enjoy your 5th emergency day, we have one more if needed:)
