Team 7 Red students looked for patterns and practiced teamwork skills today in math class by doing the 100 Numbers Challenge. The competition was intense!
HMS Fall Sports Tryout information: Registration is open for cross country and dance. All students must be registered on the HMS Athletic Site and have a current physical (within the past 13 months) before attending tryouts. First cross country practice is Monday, August 22 and the first dance clinic is September 1 & 2nd with the official tryout on September 6.
7/8 HMS Band invited me to come and watch them work on a piece. They were amazing!

Students on Team 8 Black enjoyed breakfast in the Plaza today as a team. Each week students are randomly chosen to win a Lotto Buck that may be redeemed for extra credit or a free HW pass or a pop quiz exemption in History. This week we have 4 lucky winners!! Congratulations!!

The 7th grade won a perfect squeeze play with Gabe Hadowsky bunting to score Jude Hadowsky from third to win 13-12 over Edwardsville Lincoln at home today. Go Dawgs!
in the 8th grade softball win over Waterloo Aria Nanney struckout 15 while Julianne Lindsco went 1 for 3 with 2 runs and 2 stolen bases. Lia Braundmeier went 1 for 3 with 2 RBIs. Great job ladies!
The 8th grade baseball team lost a tough one to Edwardsville Lincoln 6-5 today.
