Congratulations to the Triad Crusaders for winning the Highland 3A Regional Softball Championship tonight against Greenville in an exciting game won by Triad in the bottom of the 12th inning 2-1. Best of luck in the IESA Sectional on Saturday.

Congratulations to the three medalists we had from yesterday's meet at Triad. Caleb Knobloch ran a 10:59 to finish in 2nd place, Katie Fenton who finished in 3rd place with a time of 12:15 and Morgan Greenwald who ran a 13:14 to finish in 15th place. Lots of PR's by our runners yesterday. Great job!

Updated IESA Softball Regional


Good luck to the 8th grade softball team as they host Greenville in the IESA Softball Regional at home. The game will be played on the high school varsity field at 10 am. Go Lady Bulldogs!

8th grade defeats Effingham 5-3. Great job boys!











The cross country teams ran today at the Centralia New Horizon Invitational called "Conquer the Castle." HMS had a great showing for the day with the Lady Bulldogs winning the invite and the boys team finishing a strong 3rd place. Leading the way for the Lady Bulldogs was 7th grade champion Katie Fenton and 2nd place finisher Morgan Greenwald. Josie Kircher finished in 3rd place for the 8th grade, Melia Bowman finished in 4th place for the 6th grade and Adelaide Cook finished in 9th place for the 7th grade. For the boys Caleb Knobloch finished in 2nd place for the 8th grade, Easton Koeneman finished in 4th place for the 6th grade, Joshua Knobloch finished in 7th place for the 8th grade, Nathan Schwehr finished in 8th place for the 6th grade and Tanner Winter finished in 10th place for the 7th grade.

7th grade fell to Effingham 3-4 in extra innings. They put up a great fight.





Mr. Frey's 6th Grade Social Studies students worked on Ancient Dig Sites today. Students explored and analyzed various artifacts to formulate a story about an ancient civilization.
